We've been building
for over 10 years.

Mthombeni Holdings & Projects was founded on a simple operating principle: the people who price the job should be the people who run the site. A decade in, that hasn't changed. Our crews are directly employed, our plant is owned outright, and our principal is reachable on the number printed at the top of this page.

We work for private developers, body corporates and small commercial clients across Gauteng — predominantly Midrand, Sandton, Centurion and the northern Johannesburg corridor.

  • What size of project do you take on?

    From a single garden cottage slab to multi-unit commercial shells. We do not turn away small jobs — they are how most long client relationships begin.

  • Where do you operate?

    Primarily Gauteng: Midrand, Centurion, Sandton, Fourways and the wider northern Joburg corridor. Out-of-province work is considered case by case.

  • Are you CIDB graded?

    Yes. Grading details are supplied on request with quotation, alongside our public liability cover and tax clearance.

  • How are quotes priced?

    Bills of quantity for structural work; lump sum with a clear scope schedule for smaller jobs. Either way, the line items are itemised — no opaque allowances.
